All of our recorders digital & cassette are voice activated except for the media pens and the media watches. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT IS THE RANGE OF THE RECORDERS MICROPHONE? This cannot be determeined in feet. If your ears can hear the source so will the recorder. It depends on the conditions on the room/area. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- DO YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE DATA TO A PC TO LISTEN TO THE RECORDINGS? No, All of the recorders have a built in speaker plus earphones. In the case of the media pens and watches you will listen thru the stereo headphones. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- DO YOUR DIGITAL RECORDERS RECORD BOTH CELLPHONES AND TELEPHONES? Yes, All of them with the exception of the media pens and media watches come with both the telephone and cellphone adapters and neccessary connectors. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW DO YOU CONNECT THE RECORDER TO THE PHONE LINE? 1. In between the base and the phone wall jack. 2. Directly to an empty functioning phone wall jack. (NO phone present) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW DO YOU CONNECT THE PHONE RECORDER TO A MULTI-LINE PHONE? In between the base and the handset.
